Crystal Wells is an experienced Compliance and Operations Leader with over 17 years of automotive and leadership experience. She has a background in Communications with in-depth knowledge on industry procedures and regulations. Prior to joining us, she held several positions with an industry leading lender continually heading several successful teams over multiple functions. Crystal specializes in creating an organized environment focused on employee development and compliance. In her spare time, Crystal enjoys decorating and participating in activities with her son and daughter. After focusing on one part of the automotive industry for several years Crystal is excited to join a company full of “people helping people.”
