Strawberry Crunch Cake

Hi all!!!
Next Tuesday evening, I will be cooking alongside Alex Guarnaschelli who has been a long-standing judge on the TV cooking show Chopped. This will be done via Zoom and I am excited to be doing so with one of the best to ever do it. We will be making Tomato Carpaccio as the appetizer and Linguini and Chicken Primavera as the main course. I am excited about this opportunity, and will definitely share how it all turned out. I am not sure if I will get a copy of the Zoom, but if I do, I will share the video.
