Anyone else feeling like winter has been a little...rough? My skin has been dry, my energy has been low, and honestly, I haven’t been doing the things I know make me feel confident. And guess what? It’s caught up with me.

But something shifted this last week. My beautiful friend invited me in to her gorgeous spa for an AquaFirme treatment that was equal parts relaxing and rejuvenating—and WOW. I walked out glowing from the inside out! ✨

Isn’t it amazing how when we let someone pour into us, it gives us so much more to pour into others? Self-care isn’t selfish; it’s necessary. We can’t show up as our best selves when we’re running on empty. Taking care of YOU is not a luxury!!

And ohhhh...I won’t even tell you what she put on my lips. 😊 It was lip-changing. It took away every bit of winter dryness and left me feeling like a whole new woman.
