I am a better editor and writer today because of John Bogle, Founder, The Vanguard Group. I had to back up each and every edit I made to his writings. He had his convictions but he was a very kind man, which is why his little index fund in the 1970s grew to a global mutual fund company. He was a financial pioneer. I am so sad today.
