Word of caution.

They want you to have AI skills but won’t train you on them.
I’ve spent 18 months trying to sell AI training to companies. Here’s what I learned: they all want “AI-savvy” employees but won’t pay for training.
So you’re stuck. Performance reviews mention AI efficiency. Job postings want automation experience. Training budget? $0.
My advice:
* 30 minutes daily on YouTube learning one tool
* Pick something that solves a real problem at work
* Track your time savings
* Show your boss the results
It sucks learning on your own time, but the people who do it get promoted while others complain.
