life has been busy and I have not been stretching like I used to. now getting back into it by setting a timer for 10 minutes and getting my stretching routine back. it’s been helping! small steps can make a big difference ✨

It has been a minute but wanted to do a workout with you here! Life has kept me busy but happy to do this together now. Maybe more soon ✨ In this workout we do:
-planks with shoulder taps
-bicycle crunches
-reverse lunges with curtsy lunges
-burpees ⚡️
