Well, its that time of the year again. A most confusing time for some, as their Catholic upbringing says "CELEBRATE" but thier Pagan or Wiccan beliefs are saying PARTY but know that this is aactually a celebration of ridding Ireland of the Druids.

Well CELEBRATE without guilt.....EVERYONE....because Witchcraft is alive and well ALL OVER THE WORKD ( including Ireland ;-) )!

This years St. Patricks Day cake was inspired by a common scene on just about every kitchen counter in America about this time of year.... The potatoes and cabbage are actually double fudge chocolate brownies with double fudge filling, the carrots are actually Rice Krispie treats, and the pot itself is Bailey's Irish cream cake. Only this pot has a surprise in it...... When I pick up the lid a confetti cannon explodes!!! What an incredible scene!
