My house is a safe zone. Coffee can be on in minutes, I can pour us some glasses of whatever, or I can run out and get ice cream. My kitchen table is a place of peace and non-judgment. Anyone who needs to chat is welcome anytime. We can pray, talk, share a laugh or two, or just listen. It's no good suffering in silence. I have food, or we can always order out, eat and cry. I will always do my best to be available... you are always welcome in my home! This is an old value that has been lost to technology. A text, FaceTime call, gif or emoji is not the equivalent.

Summer “break”
Wow! What a experience!
66 days, 102 outfits, 51 full day lunch bags, 10 themes “costumes”, going to bed late, plays, runs, swim, making friends, saying goodbyes, laughing, crying,getting in trouble, first girls drama, dancing, cheering, singing....I wish I could’ve captured every single one of them, but those pictures will be enough to look back and treasure those memories. For this momma here. I am exhausted! But happy to give her this opportunity. Thank you everyone that supported us along the way. In a few more weeks we’re up to next adventure ❤️

66 dias, 102 trajes, 51 lancheiras completas, 10 temas “fantasias”, ir para a cama tarde, brincar, correr, nadar, fazer amizades, despedir-se, rir, chorar, meter-se em apuros, primeiro drama de garotas, dançar cantando .... Eu gostaria de ter capturado cada um deles, mas essas fotos serão o suficiente para olhar para trás e valorizar essas memórias. Para esta mamãe aqui. Eu estou exausto! Mas feliz por dar-lhe esta oportunidade. Obrigado a todos que nos apoiaram ao longo do caminho. Em mais algumas semanas, estamos prontos para a próxima aventura. @ Alexander Family YMCA
