Ingredients (serves 4):
1 lb ground chicken
1 egg
ΒΌ cup breadcrumbs
12–16 oz frozen or fresh fries
1 cup heavy cream
2–3 tbsp tomato paste or sauce
2 tsp paprika (sweet + smoked)
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 small onion, finely chopped
Fresh parsley, chopped (garnish)
Salt, pepper, red pepper flakes
Oil for cooking

Directions:
Mix chicken, egg, breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, 1 tsp paprika β†’ form meatballs.
Bake or fry fries until golden & crispy.
In skillet, heat oil, brown meatballs 5–7 min, remove.
In same pan, sautΓ© onion & garlic 2 min, add tomato paste + 2 tsp paprika, cook 1 min.
Pour in cream, simmer 3–4 min until thickened; season with salt/pepper/flakes.
Return meatballs, coat in sauce, simmer 2–3 min.
Serve over fries, garnish with chopped parsley.

Garlic Herb Steak with Creamy Parmesan Rigatoni πŸ₯©πŸ

Ingredients (serves 4):
1–1Β½ lb steak (ribeye, sirloin or NY strip), sliced after cooking
12–16 oz rigatoni or penne pasta
1Β½ cups heavy cream
¾–1 cup grated Parmesan
4–5 garlic cloves, minced
3 tbsp butter (divided)
2 tbsp olive oil
Fresh parsley, chopped (ΒΌ cup + garnish)
Salt, black pepper, optional red pepper flakes

Directions:
Cook pasta in salted water; drain, reserve Β½ cup pasta water.
Season steak with salt & pepper; sear in hot oil + 1 tbsp butter 3–4 min per side (medium-rare). Rest, then slice.
In same pan, melt remaining butter, sautΓ© garlic 30–60 sec.
Pour in cream, simmer 2–3 min; stir in Parmesan until melted and smooth.
Add parsley, toss in pasta (add reserved water if needed for creaminess).
Plate pasta, top with sliced steak, garnish with extra parsley & pepper.

Ingredients (serves 4):
12 oz bowtie (farfalle) pasta
1 lb chicken breast, sliced or cubed
2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
1–2 tbsp olive oil or butter
3–4 garlic cloves, minced
1 cup heavy cream
ΒΎ cup grated Parmesan
Β½ cup chicken broth (optional)
Red pepper flakes, fresh parsley (garnish)
Salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
Cook pasta in salted water; drain.
Season chicken with Cajun seasoning; sear in hot oil 4–5 min until golden and cooked. Remove.
In same pan, sautΓ© garlic 30 sec, add cream + broth, simmer 2–3 min.
Stir in Parmesan until melted and creamy; add red pepper flakes.

12–16 oz fettuccine
1 lb large shrimp, peeled & deveined
4–5 cups fresh spinach
1Β½ cups heavy cream
ΒΎ cup grated Parmesan
4 garlic cloves, minced

1 tbsp olive oil
Salt, pepper, red pepper flakes
Fresh parsley or Italian seasoning (garnish)

Directions:
Cook fettuccine in salted water; drain, reserve Β½ cup pasta water.
Season shrimp with salt/pepper; sear in hot oil/butter 1–2 min per side until pink. Remove.
In same pan, sautΓ© garlic 30 sec, add cream, simmer 2–3 min.

1 lb chicken breast or thighs, cubed
4 cups broccoli florets
2 cups cooked white rice
ΒΌ cup soy sauce
ΒΌ cup brown sugar or honey
2 tbsp rice vinegar

Oil for cooking

Directions:

500g baby potatoes

Directions

6–8 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
4–5 medium potatoes (cubed)
1 large head broccoli (florets)
2 red bell peppers (chunked)
2 carrots (sliced)

Salt & pepper

Directions
Preheat oven 200Β°C / 400Β°F.
