Creamy Paprika Chicken Meatballs with Fries πππ₯
Ingredients (serves 4):
1 lb ground chicken
1 egg
ΒΌ cup breadcrumbs
12β16 oz frozen or fresh fries
1 cup heavy cream
2β3 tbsp tomato paste or sauce
2 tsp paprika (sweet + smoked)
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 small onion, finely chopped
Fresh parsley, chopped (garnish)
Salt, pepper, red pepper flakes
Oil for cooking
Directions:
Mix chicken, egg, breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, 1 tsp paprika β form meatballs.
Bake or fry fries until golden & crispy.
In skillet, heat oil, brown meatballs 5β7 min, remove.
In same pan, sautΓ© onion & garlic 2 min, add tomato paste + 2 tsp paprika, cook 1 min.
Pour in cream, simmer 3β4 min until thickened; season with salt/pepper/flakes.
Return meatballs, coat in sauce, simmer 2β3 min.
Serve over fries, garnish with chopped parsley.

Garlic Herb Steak with Creamy Parmesan Rigatoni π₯©π
Ingredients (serves 4):
1β1Β½ lb steak (ribeye, sirloin or NY strip), sliced after cooking
12β16 oz rigatoni or penne pasta
1Β½ cups heavy cream
ΒΎβ1 cup grated Parmesan
4β5 garlic cloves, minced
3 tbsp butter (divided)
2 tbsp olive oil
Fresh parsley, chopped (ΒΌ cup + garnish)
Salt, black pepper, optional red pepper flakes
Directions:
Cook pasta in salted water; drain, reserve Β½ cup pasta water.
Season steak with salt & pepper; sear in hot oil + 1 tbsp butter 3β4 min per side (medium-rare). Rest, then slice.
In same pan, melt remaining butter, sautΓ© garlic 30β60 sec.
Pour in cream, simmer 2β3 min; stir in Parmesan until melted and smooth.
Add parsley, toss in pasta (add reserved water if needed for creaminess).
Plate pasta, top with sliced steak, garnish with extra parsley & pepper.
Cook time: 30 minutes β±οΈ

Creamy Cajun Chicken Bowtie Pasta ππΆοΈ
Ingredients (serves 4):
12 oz bowtie (farfalle) pasta
1 lb chicken breast, sliced or cubed
2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
1β2 tbsp olive oil or butter
3β4 garlic cloves, minced
1 cup heavy cream
ΒΎ cup grated Parmesan
Β½ cup chicken broth (optional)
Red pepper flakes, fresh parsley (garnish)
Salt & pepper to taste
Directions:
Cook pasta in salted water; drain.
Season chicken with Cajun seasoning; sear in hot oil 4β5 min until golden and cooked. Remove.
In same pan, sautΓ© garlic 30 sec, add cream + broth, simmer 2β3 min.
Stir in Parmesan until melted and creamy; add red pepper flakes.
Toss in pasta and chicken; heat through.
Garnish with parsley and extra flakes.

Ingredients (serves 4):
12β16 oz fettuccine
1 lb large shrimp, peeled & deveined
4β5 cups fresh spinach
1Β½ cups heavy cream
ΒΎ cup grated Parmesan
4 garlic cloves, minced
2 tbsp butter
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt, pepper, red pepper flakes
Fresh parsley or Italian seasoning (garnish)
Directions:
Cook fettuccine in salted water; drain, reserve Β½ cup pasta water.
Season shrimp with salt/pepper; sear in hot oil/butter 1β2 min per side until pink. Remove.
In same pan, sautΓ© garlic 30 sec, add cream, simmer 2β3 min.
Stir in Parmesan until melted and smooth; add spinach to wilt (1β2 min).
Toss in pasta (add reserved water if needed), return shrimp, season to taste.
Garnish with parsley, extra cheese, or pepper flakes.

4β6 cups fresh spinach
Grilled chicken breast, sliced (8β10 oz)
1 cup strawberries, sliced
Β½β1 cup blueberries
Β½ cup grapes (halved)
1 can mandarin oranges, drained

ΒΌ cup sliced almonds (toasted)
Balsamic vinaigrette or honey mustard dressing
Directions
Grill or pan-sear seasoned chicken until cooked; slice thinly.
Wash spinach and berries.

Teriyaki Chicken Broccoli Bowl ππ₯
Ingredients (serves 4):
1 lb chicken breast or thighs, cubed
4 cups broccoli florets
2 cups cooked white rice
ΒΌ cup soy sauce
ΒΌ cup brown sugar or honey
2 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tbsp cornstarch
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp grated ginger
Sesame seeds & chopped green onions (for garnish)
Oil for cooking
Directions:
Whisk sauce: soy sauce, sugar, vinegar, garlic, ginger, cornstarch + ΒΌ cup water.
Heat oil in pan, cook chicken until browned (~5-7 min).
Add broccoli, stir-fry 3-4 min until tender-crisp.
Pour in sauce, simmer 2-3 min until thickened and glossy.
Serve over rice, garnish with sesame seeds & green onions.

12 oz fettuccine / pasta
1 lb chicken breast, cubed
8β10 oz mushrooms, sliced
1β2 cups heavy cream
Β½ cup parmesan, grated
3β4 garlic cloves, minced
2 tbsp butter
Salt, black pepper
Fresh parsley (garnish)
Directions
Cook pasta in salted water; drain and set aside.
In large pan, melt butter; brown chicken cubes, remove.
SautΓ© mushrooms and garlic until golden.
Pour in cream, add parmesan, simmer until thickened.
Return chicken, toss with pasta, season with salt & lots of pepper.
Garnish with parsley and serve hot.

Arugula / mixed greens
2-3 ripe avocados, sliced/diced
3-4 tomatoes, chopped
1 cucumber, sliced (optional)
1 red onion, thinly sliced
Fresh cilantro, chopped
Lime juice + olive oil (dressing)

Directions
Wash and chop all veggies.
Layer greens, then top with avocado, tomato, onion, cucumber & cilantro.

1 lb beef (sirloin/flank), cubed
Mixed veggies: broccoli, carrots, green beans/snap peas, corn
2β3 cups cooked fried rice (with garlic/soy)
2β3 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil
Garlic, ginger (minced)
Sesame seeds
Optional: chili flakes, oyster sauce
Directions
Marinate beef cubes in soy sauce + garlic + ginger (10 min).
Stir-fry beef in hot oil until browned; set aside.
In same pan, stir-fry veggies until crisp-tender.

Classic Beef Bourguignon Style Stew π₯©ππ₯β¨
Ingredients (serves 4β6)
1.2β1.5 kg beef chuck (cubed)
500g baby potatoes
300g mushrooms (halved)
2 onions (sliced)
3β4 garlic cloves
2 carrots (sliced)
2 cups beef broth
1 cup red wine
Fresh thyme & rosemary
Tomato paste (2 tbsp)
Salt, pepper, flour for dredging
Olive oil / butter
Directions
Season & lightly flour beef; brown in hot oil in large pot/Dutch oven, remove.
SautΓ© onions, garlic, carrots until soft; add tomato paste.
Deglaze with wine, add broth, herbs, return beef.
Simmer covered low heat 2β2.5 hrs until tender.
Add potatoes & mushrooms in last 45 min.
Thicken sauce if needed; garnish with thyme.

Herb Roasted Chicken Thighs with Veggies ππ₯π₯β¨
Ingredients (serves 4)
6β8 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
4β5 medium potatoes (cubed)
1 large head broccoli (florets)
2 red bell peppers (chunked)
2 carrots (sliced)
Olive oil
Garlic powder, paprika, dried thyme/oregano
Fresh parsley (chopped)
Salt & pepper
Directions
Preheat oven 200Β°C / 400Β°F.
Toss potatoes, carrots, peppers, broccoli with oil, salt, pepper, herbs.
Season chicken thighs with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder; place on top of veggies skin-side up.
Drizzle everything with extra oil.
Roast 40β45 min until chicken is golden, crispy & reaches 75Β°C / 165Β°F internal temp.
Garnish with fresh parsley & serve hot.
