Show was great last night! Did not make it but watched it on AXS tv! Such a great cause that these guys jam for every year! I am going to focus much more on local produce & meat! I am currently working on relationships with local farmers and will have some of their food in every dish I make going forward! We have to support our community together! God knows the government and corporate America is not!
