Who can sponsor?

Anyone actually.. whether you’re and individual person or looking to do it through a company you own or talk to owners you work for cuz you wanna help!

What does sponsoring an athlete look like?

Basically you can send monthly, quarterly or yearly payments to me that will be used only towards bodybuilding, getting my pro card and becoming the next big star in the business and possibly other businesses like modeling for muscle and fitness and however far I can go

Monthly emails will be sent out to sponsors that will show how much sponsorship money was received and what the funds were used for as well as contact information to the person who will run the account to verify funds are being used accordingly.

Things sponsorship will pay for..
-supplements
-food
-gear for training like straps
-competition stuff for show and fees
-clothing as needed for training (shoes specific for training as example)
-any thing else that would help like like dry needling, tissue work and chiropractic care

You can sponsor any amount of money because it all helps in the end

Sponsors in return can come workout with me for free and also have access to me as a trainer and bodybuilder for free concerning questions and help with their own goals

So I ran some numbers

185lbs
13.6% bf
159 lbs lean most mass
26 lbs fat
3% body fat for stage would be 5 lbs of fat

So if I’m 159lb lean mass and had 5lbs of fat or was 3% bf I’d weigh 164

My last show (attached photos) I was 163.5 on stage

So I’m exactly the weight I was on stage if I was lean and would look like that

My legs look smaller now partly cuz my abs are wide and will come down a lot as I get leaner

Legs still need a lot of work from behind and front. Side not so bad

I wanna be on stage at 176 so I need to get about 12 lbs of muscle on by end of year or so

I think about 16 weeks til end of year so that’s about .75 lbs of muscle per week
