The old paradigm: In conversation with a vice principal of a charter school yesterday. He said his school wasn't satisfied with their security. The staff and students seemed disengaged from security personnel. Exploring why that might be, he said he scaled the schedule back by two hours and only "needed" security during arrival and dismissal.
