šµTaking on something like The Speed Project means asking friends to take an absurd amount of PTO days to live in an RV for a week while you run across the desert.
Wouldnāt be feeling as ready and confident as I do without my coach and crew helping me along the way and through race week! Iām apologizing ahead of time for all of my idiosyncrasies that come out during TSP

ā¢ Elevation: 10,052ft
ā¢ Location: NYC, Maine
January has been full of snowy frigid miles thatās got me running more on the treadmill than i ever thought possible, but has been a blast nonetheless! Experienced my first cold plunge in the Darmiscotta River in, ran in near sub-zero temps, and pulling together alllll the details for our route & race strategy.
It be nice to get this weather back into double digits.

š š¾ š½ A little weekend of family and running at the !!! Didnāt get the time i wanted but had a blast nonetheless!! Hereās to more hometown runs! Also look at my defined biceps in the second to last photo, iāve worked hard for that lighting to work.
