Re: Policy Changes

Dear Employees,

As we close another year I want to again thank all of you for your continued exemplary support throughout the ages and my appreciation for your efforts on my behalf. Normally we speak directly but my Human Resource (HR) people tell me that for HR policy changes I need to put them in writing to you. Moving forward there are two policy changes and 100% compliance is expected on both items for you to remain in my employment.

1. The Human Resource (HR) people are guiding me that we have to implement a continuing education program for all of you to correct any past policy miscommunications between us and to ensure that all of you stay at the top of your game. We will be implementing the continuing education program through an online course, developed by one of our key partners, that needs to taken by all of you by the end of the year. 2. The Human Resource (HR) people have also guided me that to ensure that the new learning is implemented in the appropriate context, effective immediately all of your job descriptions are being changed. My HR people tell me that you will be more valuable and productive employees if I give you more latitude and empower you to keep all my worldly living things happy and blessed.

Old Job Descriptions: Keepers and protectors of faith, along with its archaic beliefs, customs and rituals; keepers of status quo; to never question old scriptures and to blindly follow them with total disregard to mankind’s evolvement and enlightenment
New Job Description: Facilitators of a new and better world for current and future generations

My expectation is that all of you will continue to provide the same exemplary support for your new roles as you have for the old roles. Please note that your compliance and performance relative to the two new policies will determine which of you gets referred to the next higher level. Good Luck to all of you!
