Paul wrote these words to encourage believers not to lose heart in serving God and others, even when results aren’t instant. Just like planting a seed takes time to grow into a harvest, the work we do with our hands and hearts often needs patience. For us as makers, it’s easy to get tired when the glue doesn’t stick, the ribbon won’t lay flat, or orders feel overwhelming. But this verse reminds us that with every little act of love, every wreath we make, every gift of creativity we share ...it all matters. Keep going. Don’t give up. In time, the fruits of your labor will bring joy, not only to others, but back to you as well.
