A cycling event with a powerful purpose.
On June 27 and 28, cyclists from across the country will gather in the Hudson Valley for The Ride for Mental Health, an annual charity ride supporting mental health awareness and raising funds for education, research, and treatment of mental illness.
Recognized as the nation's premier cycling event dedicated to mental health causes, the Ride for Mental Health combines scenic routes, community connection, and meaningful impact, helping advance critical work that supports individuals and families affected by mental illness.
