Heron’s Embrace

The screening on Dec 2 at The Judy was nothing short of spectacular. Absolute perfection. Jason Rouse was an incredible MC. An my favorite part was hearing the audience react during the films. Laughter, gasps, and plenty of wows. Thank you to all who attended. The room was full of all our favorite people!

I’m feeling all the feelz right now. WHAT A NIGHT! Sparking Creativity filmmakers and artists on the stage with Jason Rouse. If you attended, can you describe it? I’m at a loss right now!

I’m excited for the special screening of Sparking Creativity this Tuesday, Dec 2. The event is sold out with a waitlist! If you have tickets and your plans have changed, please cancel your Eventbrite ticket now so someone on the waitlist can join us.

Doors open at 6:30, and the program will begin promptly at 7:00. Popcorn, pizza, sodas, beer, wine, and canned cocktails will be available for purchase.

We’ll kick off with a brief introduction, followed by the four films (about 40 minutes total). After the screening, you’re invited to stay for a lively conversation with three of the filmmakers and five of the featured artists, then mingle in the lobby to celebrate and chat about what sparks creativity for each of us.

Naturally, there’s an afterparty. Join the crew at Momo (725 SW 10th Ave).

Special thanks to
and portlandeventsandfilmoffice for hosting and supporting this important event!

Thank you! Therese
