Pidgin Hole creator Jeremy, knows how to skillfully combine the balance of spicy, sweet, sour, and savory into an Island inspired asian-fusion dish.

Today he created his Pho Boy masterpiece (So Good!)
With Shoyu Pork belly, bean sprouts, cilantro, thai basil, hoisin sauce, and a house-made sriracha aioli, we will remeber this dish.

In this episode, chef Devin creates her signature Chirashi Don!

Daruma Sushi+Saké is known for their creative take on sushi. Chef Devin started training in sushi when she was 16 years old, and has been working with sushi for over 10 years now. After training under chefs in Seattle and San Diego, Devin found herself landing in the Portland area where she is one of the youngest sushi chefs in town.

Lisa from Tan Tan Cafe & Delicatessen prepares her special spicy vegan lettuce wraps. Tan Tan Cafe & Delicatessen has been a staple in the Beaverton restaurant community for twenty years, they were actually the first Vietnamese restaurant in Beaverton! We teamed up with the Brian Grant Foundation again this episode to bring you a delicious and Parkinson's disease friendly dish! The best part about this dish is that you can make it at home! Ingredients:

1 package of vegan crumbles (about 10oz)
1/2 small onion, chopped
1/2 red bell pepper, chopped
2 tbsp Tan Tan Vietnamese Hoisin Sauce
1 tsp Tan Tan Mom’s Hot Chili Sauce
1/2 cup scallions, chopped
1 head of romaine hearts
Olive oil
Tan Tan Vietnamese Peanut Sauce for dipping

Preparation:

In a pan, sauté vegan crumbles, onions and bell pepper in olive oil until well done
Add hoisin sauce and hot chili sauce, mix well
Remove pan from heat and stir in scallions
Serve on romaine lettuce and dip in peanut sauce
