It’s easy to fall into the assumption that the faster something is created, the better it is.

But you’re equating speed with quality - two VERY different measurements.

ChatGPT and other AI systems are fantastic for admin tasks, ideation, or even final touch text edits.

But remove “the human design” from projects, and you remove its individuality.

If you want your business to stand out, influence, and genuinely engage people, embrace the messy, unpolished nature of humanity.

At Empty Carton Media, we use AI when it’s necessary but we aren’t afraid to get our hands dirty, lean into real experiences and let imperfections tell the story.

THAT’s where authenticity lives and that’s what attracts real people.

What a wild ride for this company’s first paid ad experience!

We ran a $15/day campaign for just ONE week and turned $100 into nearly $700 in sales.

That’s the power of using crispy images paired with strategic audience targeting.

🔸 165% increase in sales
🔸 214% more traffic
🔸 AOV up 48%
🔸 ROAS 6.87x

You don’t need a big budget to get real results. You need a partner who can build a strategy, create powerful visuals, and sell your product - AND have fun in the process.

Want to run your first profitable ad campaign even if you only have $15/day to spend? Send me a DM and I’ll show you what’s possible.

Tired of spending hours making content when you should be closing clients? Sick of watching ad tutorials hoping you can get the same results?

Let’s be real - you’re a business owner, not a full-time content creator and marketer.

Empty Carton Media helps brands create content that converts and run their paid ads - even if you have a low budget.

Here’s how we can make it happen:
1. DM me and i’ll get back to you within 24hrs (pinkie promise)
2. We’ll schedule a discovery call (zero presh, just vibes)
3. If it’s a fit (i’m sure it is), I’ll CTRL+SHFT+N a fresh folder with your name on it and get to work.

You focus on your zone of genus and i’ll hand the content + ads.

Hey hey 👋🏻 I’m Apryl - content creator, paid ads addict, and founder of Empty Carton Media.

But before this?

I was a burnt out graphic designer stuck in a 9–5 watching every ounce of creativity get drained into last-minute “urgent” projects.

I remember staring at my screen thinking: “is this what creative work is supposed to feel like?

Spoiler: it’s not.

That’s when my obsession started with content, ads, strategy…Who are we targeting? What’s the emotional hook? What promises are we making?

The more I learned, the more I knew we weren’t doing anything right.

So I quit my nearly 6-figure job.

And I built something better.

At Empty Carton Media, I combine creativity with analytics to help brands create with purpose. No designing in the dark. No content for content’s sake. And definitely no “just boost it” ad strategies.

Every move is intentional. Strategic. Impactful.

If you’re tired of playing creative roulette and watching your ad budget build with zero pay off, then come say hi 😊

My DMs are always open.

Let’s make every move intentional and every dollar count 🎯

Your brand has a voice—let it be heard 🎙️

Ask yourself: If your brand was a person, how would they speak? Would they be direct, or would they beat around the bush? Do they rely on a lot of jargon? Are they funny, or are they serious?

Whatever your answer may be, that’s your brand voice.

A brand voice is the personality and tone your brand uses to communicate with its audience. Think of it as a unique style of expression—similar to how some friends are logical and straightforward, while others are always cracking jokes. Neither style is better or worse; they’re simply different ways of expression.

Developing a brand voice takes time, and it will naturally evolve. It’s important to decide how your brand sounds to your target audience. When aligned well, your brand voice can increase recognition, foster connection, and differentiate you from competitors.

How would you describe your brand voice? ⬇️

Social media is about fixing what’s not working.

Sounds easy, right?

But this process takes time and patience. You won’t get it on your first try or the second. This is something that you’ll be working toward on an evolving basis.

Fortunately, there is a place to start.

Here are three common mistakes that could be holding your content back:

1️⃣ Inconsistent posting
2️⃣ Ignoring analytics
3️⃣ Focusing on followers

Your audience wants reliability in your brand in order to engage. This includes posting what your audience engages with and posting these consistently.

Struggling to grow your online presence? Shoot me a DM and let’s figure out what you might be missing 👋

Do you ever feel like your posts are being ignored?

It’s not because you’re using the wrong hashtags or didn’t choose a trending song—it’s about consistency.

Consistency is more than just posting. It’s about:

✨ Building trust with your audience
✨ Showing you’re present to the algorithm
✨ Creating opportunities for engagement

So next time someone says “consistency matters” you can fully understand the benefits of staying consistent.

Did you know colors can influence the way you feel? 😮

Color psychology is the study of how colors impact human emotions, perceptions, and behaviors.

It taps into our subconscious and influences how we feel about brands, products, and experiences.

This is why it’s important to use colors that convey the emotion you want your audience to feel.

Consider these tips when using colors in your brand:

👉 Know your audience and their cultural and personal preferences

👉 Choose a color that reflects your brand values and goals

👉 Stay consistent by using the same color palette across platforms

By understanding and leveraging color psychology, you can create a brand identity that resonates emotionally, communicates effectively, and drives action.
