As the ‘blizzard’ was starting today, our crew was busy with a hazardous, leaning Douglas Fir tree removal in a residential area of Fairview, OR. This tree was actively failing and most likely wouldn’t have lasted through this snow storm. bravely climbed this sketchy tree and took the tree down, piece by piece, as the snow poured down around them.
On Thursday, December 22, 2022, a violent winter storm blanketed the Pacific Northwest with sleet and freezing rain, in addition to sending high winds of over 40 miles an hour. The aftermath of this storm was a weekend of hell for some Oregonians who lost their homes due to fallen trees and limbs. Our receptionist Peggy received the first call at 4 am on Thursday morning and the phone didn't stop ringing all weekend. We've been working around the clock since then to help folks get trees off their homes and start to become from the damage of this devastating storm.
