1. Know your goal (get aligned, pushback)
2. Know your audience (empathy, assume 0 context, remove jargon)
a. empathy (audience reaction to certain things said, thought process different in logicality than mine)
3. Know how you’re going to say it (be structured CTA, write it down)
a. CTA Call to Action
b. Concise, logical
