Lake Oswego Farmers Market opens this Saturday! This means we are in FULL SUMMER mode again with all of our market outlets open. Hillsdale, too! YAY!

Head’s Up, Moms! You might want to schedule a pick up for this weekend at the shop because we will have some things available that we don’t normally have in honor of Mother’s Day like:

handmade jewelry from our very own Amy Olsen. I took some necklaces home to photograph last weekend and realized that I had a problem… I want them all! Get one for yourself or send your loved ones and we will help them pick out something special for you. If you can’t make it this weekend, Amy will be back in person for a pop up later this month.

🥛Weekend News🥛I’m joyful is taking a bow this weekend. It’s your last chance to get it! We are also saying goodbye to cacao almond (chocolate almond). We must make room for new good things! Like…strawberry aMYLK!

Speaking of strawberry aMYLK, we will have a very limited number of bottles available this weekend as a surprise teaser! Most of it will be at the shop.

We have fresh eggs just in from Bee Easy Farm. Yay! They are soy free and corn free.

We also made treats! Jay, our new in house baker tried out a new brownie recipe. They look so yummy! We also have cookie dough balls at the shop.

The weather is promising to be beautiful this weekend, so please come to the markets or to the shop and pick up some aMYLK! Only two more weekends until Lake Oswego Farmers Market opens (May 9). We will be back at Hillsdale on May 3 for the rest of the season.

🥛Don’t miss the strawberry bars! 🥛Amy’s weekend picks…

Is it time? Not yet. While don’t have strawberry aMYLK just yet, we do have strawberry bars at the shop. These gf, refined sugar free dehydrated bars take us forever to make because everything from the strawberry jam to the almond pastry dough is dehydrated. They are divine. Don’t miss!

We made Pitaya Bliss Balls! Made with cacao butter, dragon fruit, h**p seeds, coconut and dates, these little balls are the perfect snack to tide you over until your next proper meal. You’ve got protein, fiber and fat. It’s the perfect bite.

NEW! Speaking of perfect bites, I made something fun today. Mango Lassi Chia Pudding! I blended fresh organic mangoes with almond aMYLK and added maple, chia, vanilla and cardamom. It’s SUPER YUM. We have a few at the market, but most are at the shop.

Sweet Pink Sea Moss is back this week!

Our April special aMYLKs are I’m joyful with dragon fruit and rose and chocolate almond. Have Rachel make you an iced I’m joyful matcha latte. The pink and the green together make me swoon.
