Yesterday leg day, with stairs, today a push day with running. season 4 I’m coming for that W! I trained hard for it, now I’m stepping it up into the next gear. Let’s see where we can go.
Remember you need a goal that is strong enough that it pulls you towards it. You will get further being pulled by a goal that you really want, than to push yourself towards a goal that is vague and your heart isn’t into.
