This is a video of the brain moving while breathing.
Let’s do a thought experiment.
Imagine each time you take a breath, nutrient dense fluid is flushed into the brain. Imagine oxygen enriched blood pumping into the tissue. Imagine hormones secreting from the glands and flowing down into the body. Imagine toxins being removed with each breath.
Now imagine each morning taking 20 minutes to maximize these functions of the brain by physically pumping the tissue. Just like exercising any other part of the body by rhythmically facilitating the tissue we can optimize our brain with breathing.
We know that moving our body is healthy. Why wouldn’t you want to spend time moving the most important part of your body?
