HAPPY TURNING POINT, FRIENDS ❤️ HAPPY NEW YEAR 🌟 This is my favorite time, I love this in-between space and have been doing a ton of thinking, writing, planning and dreaming. Since *certain* events in the Fall, I had been dreading the new year (and we’ll see what actually comes of things), but after spending the last week diving deeply into tidying up 2024 numbers, doing some looking back, and then doing the most rigorous, most enjoyable planning for a new year that I’ve ever done—I’m actually looking forward to the new year very much.

Like quite a few small product businesses that I know, 2024 was a pretty sucky year in terms of income and growth here. I knew going into things that re-branding, re-positioning and launching a different type of product line to a different type of audience, that the upward line on the growth chart would zig and zag majorly. And that’s how it went—but Willow Ship is still here. A huge burst of support in December from our customers and community definitely put a sweeter cherry on top of the year, so thank you for that!
Looking forward, Willow Ship is going to continue to change. My word of the year will be RIGHT-SIZED. No more long lists of SKUs; way more tight, smart offerings. The vision of owning a product business without it owning me. The creation of space and ease.
Because I do have some other interesting things in the making. A new project that is about elevating, collaborating and using all my skills. I’m so excited to announce this new venture, so stay tuned for 2025.
