No one has a perfect life. No human being is exempt from the emotional experiences of living in the world. We all have unique struggles, ups and downs, fears, worries and difficulties.

If you see a human in the world or online (this includes movie stars, singers, millionaires, business owners, healers, models, friends, family members, people from highschool, acquaintances) don't let your brain tell you that they don't struggle, face hardships or are living a perfect life. No one is. 😉

The unfortunate thing in our culture is we have a deeply unhealthy unconscious belief that there are those who are prefect, have everything solved and we think we can get to that space of perfection if we were just smart enough, brave enough, pretty enough, rich enough.

Those who are private people in regards to sharing their deepest, most vulnerable parts of themselves in public are sometimes seen as perfect. I help people for a living, people from all walks of life and backgrounds, and I can tell you without a shadow of a doubt that those who look like they have healthy families and lives have deep struggles, fears, anxieties and worries too just like you, of course their struggles are unique to them, but their struggles are just as real to them and just as deep, painful and debilitating. They have beauty in their life too, and that's not a lie either.

👉👉👉*EXTRA CREDIT: Take a look at your facebook account as if you have never met yourself. Look at all your posts, pictures and memes. Ask yourself, how would a stranger view your life? ...... You can't deeply know someone's struggles and entire life experiences via facebook. It's impossible. Social Media is a acquaintance level of knowing others. It's perfect for staying in touch and sharing, but it's not the whole story by any means, and can't be.

It's important to remember that while you can absolutely improve your life, no one is perfect and no one is obligated to share their struggles with others. Shift your brain to really REALLY understand that every human struggles and has beauty ❤ It will free you forever from debilitating experience of comparing 10% of someone's facebook life to 100% knowledge of your life.
