A bit late on posting this(because I was still on vacation mode) but our very last day of training for Spring ‘24 class! Although this is not everyone, I like to thank each and every one of these people for coming in! It has been an absolute honor serving you all with as much knowledge of Muay Thai. 🙏🏻

This term; I made a decision to amp up the training and really best every one down. 5k runs, daily miles before we started our warm ups, stairs, jump ropes, 40x4, etc. you guys complained all the time but did it all. I have nothing but respect for you all! Thank you for forcing me to be a better teacher. I will continue to do better for future students for sure!

Huge congratulations to these individuals for running their 3 miles yesterday! Came in on a day off of school, on a holiday, with no complaints and ready to run. If that’s not commitment, I don’t know what is.

To give some amazing credit where credit is due, a student(Ben) ran 19:56 for his three mile and another(Owen) finished in 20:04! Absolutely amazing for their first 3mi. Ever!

What a Friday to end the class! Thanks for coming in, team! Can’t wait till next week’s schedule for you guys! 💪🏽
