We're an almost entirely volunteer run farm that donates 100% of what we grow to people experiencing food insecurity; and we teach kids, adults, and seniors how to grow their own food sustainably, on a limited budget. An evening of togetherness, embodied movement, sound and a shared meal at Kindness Farm.
Join us for a summer night of slowing down, connecting, and nourishing ourselves in community. We will have an embodied movement practice guided by Morgan, followed by a restorative soundbath led by Jayanika. We will close our time together by sharing a seasonal vegan dinner inspired by what the farm is offering.
