‼️I tortured my self for years!! Here's my story πŸ‘‡

The pics above are times I've lost weight and gained it right back because I was stuck in the vicious cycle of restricting and binging. ♻️

I tortured myself for YEARS just because I wanted so desperately to be skinny and see abs FAST! πŸ™„

EVERY SINGLE TIME I lost the weight, I quickly rebounded and gained MORE weight than I did before I dieted!! πŸ“ˆ

This constant vicious cycle of restricticting and binging absolutely exhausted me. The binging increased, I developed body dismorphia, & my relationship with food was extremely unhealthy. ♾️

Here are some bad habits I developed:

πŸ‘ŽI labeled food "good/bad"
πŸ‘ŽI thought eating 1000 cals/day= faster results
πŸ‘Ž I thought exercising 2 hours/6 days a week= faster results.
πŸ‘Ž I would over exercise to "punish" myself for eating "extra cals."
πŸ‘Ž I had HUGE food guilt about eating my fav foods/desserts. 🍩
πŸ‘Ž I yo-yo dieted and hopped from fad diet to diet fad.
πŸ‘ŽI stopped going to social events because I was embarrassment of the way I looked and felt in my own skin.

Flexible eating has not only helped me, but it's helped EVERY single one of my clients over come their unhealthy relationship with food and find balance. βš–οΈ

πŸ’₯5 tips to try this holiday season to enjoy your favorite holiday dishes and desserts GUILT FREE without gaining additional body fat!!! πŸ’₯

1. Portion control: instead of restricticting to save calories, just cut back on your portion sizes! Have the slice of pie, bread roll, or mash potatoes! πŸ₯–

2. Don't drink your calories: LIMIT the amount of sugary beverages such as fruit juices, sodas, sparkling ciders, and high sugar/ calorie alcoholic beverages. 🍾

3. Stop eating BEFORE you get full: Thanksgiving specifically is known for stuffing your face until you feel sick. This leaves you feeling yucky and guilty for days, even weeks! 😬

4. Be choosy with your food selections: Save your calories for the holiday food you can't have any other day of the year. 🍰

5. Be mindful while eating: savor the food you're consuming by slowing down your pace and allowing yourself to appreciate your food. πŸ₯°

‼️Did you know the average person only gains 1-2 pounds during the holidays⁉️

Unfortunately, it's common for people to experience high food anxiety around the holidays especially. πŸŽ„πŸ¦ƒ

This is due to a few reasons:

πŸ’₯ They know they're going to OVER indulge because they haven't learned how to portion control.

πŸ’₯They heavily restrict calories/ food year long, so they over indulge the foods they normally restrict.

πŸ’₯They typically don't have a healthy relationship with food due to the fact that they label food "good/ bad", yo-yo diet, and/or have the "all or nothing" mindset around food.

πŸ’₯ Being in a social environment during the holidays influences people to eat and drink more.

Your health and wellness don't have an off season, it's year round. πŸ—“οΈ

So, if your plan is to hold off on your fatloss goals so you can over indulge for the holidays, then you have it backwards.

πŸ‘‡ SAVE THIS!! πŸ‘‡

Wondering why you have a hard time sticking to a weight loss plan? ⁉️

Or maybe you're frustrated you aren't seeing results because the plan you're on is either too restrictive on certain food groups or calories... or BOTH!!

Let me tell you a secret: if your diet plan tells you to restrict 1200 calories or more or restrict certain types of food, you're going to rebound eventually! 🍩🍫🍭🧁🍦

This is a recipe for binge eating and ruining your metabolism, which is why you're not seeing results! πŸ“ˆ

In my program, I teach my clients:

πŸŽ‰ No foods are off-limits.
πŸŽ‰ Eat your fav foods in
moderation
πŸŽ‰ All food is, is a unit of
energy
πŸŽ‰ Some foods are more
nutrient dense than others,
and others are more
calorically dense.
πŸŽ‰ Even calorically dense food
can provide us with
nutrients.
πŸŽ‰ Live by the 80/20 rule:
80% πŸ₯¦ & 20% 🍩

This is a lifestyle way of eating and NOT just another fad diet! This is how you lose fat and KEEP it off. πŸ™Œ

Flexible eating has changed many of my clients' mindsets around food and has even healed their relationships with food to include binge eating! πŸ₯³

If you struggle to stick to a diet, binge eat, yo-yo diet, have tried everything, but you're frustrated with the lack of results, then my program is FOR YOU!! πŸ’ͺ
