Workout Program(increasing weight each set)-
Hip thrusts 4x12
Smith machine squats 4x12
Hip abductions 4x12
Leg press 4x12
Leg extensions 4x12
Leg curls 4x12
2 mile run on treadmill 🏃🏽‍♀️
Meal for the day- scrambled eggs and bagels, vegan tomato soup with some bread and a smoothie(banana, almond butter, almond milk, strawberries, chai seeds, flax seed meal, cacao nibs, dates) 🤤
