August 2021 Featured Brewery: Away Days Brewing Co. This beer blends English and German malts for a clean and crisp malt profile. From there we dump sizable amounts of our three favorite classic IPA hops Simcoe, Mosaic, and Citra. The brew is cold fermented and heavily dry hopped for maximum hoppy quaffability.
