Don’t forget to do your finger circles today!

Isolating each digit and moving them independently feels super weird at first! But building strength and mobility in all of the muscles and tendons running through your hands and forearms can make a HUGE difference in your pain patterns. Plus, it’s good for your brain! But that’s a topic for another day.

The point is that taking a little bit of time in your day to do some exercises, stretching, or mobility work can make a big difference in your progress. You don’t have to commit to an hour of training 7 days a week. But doing something is always better than nothing!
