We are hiring a Site Supervisor to lead on-site operations at a primary Portland venue.

Key Responsibilities

Lead all event-day operations on-site Supervise
frontline staff and ensure ex*****on quality

Manage staffing, scheduling, and performance
Makereal-time operational decisions in a fast-paced environment
Ensure safety and proper waste sorting (trash / recycling / compost)

Requirements

2+years leadership experience (required)
Strong on-site operational leadership ability
English & Spanish required
Weekend/ night / event availability required

Compensation & Benefits

Starting at $60,000/year (DOE)
