Soul Synergy

So I hit rock bottom 3 and a half years ago where I literally thought I was going to die! Pulling over on the side of the road all the way to and from work because I could not see to drive! I never told anyone about it (until I had it under control) because I was so scared for all of my loved ones! I went to the doctors and did not like any of the meds they tried putting me on and just didn't feel like I was being heard by my doctor...

That is when I decided that I was going to do this all on my own. I started searching the internet and that is when I found my coach Ashley & Ronda! I signed up right away, did the workouts for the first 3 days and literally could not move for the rest of the week. Ya, I then quit for about another 6 months...

Then I knew in my heart that I had to do this not only for me but for my family that needed me! So, I gave it my all and have never looked back (well okay only to see how far I have come)! I wanted to be the best I could be not for myself but for my children! Now I have 2 beautiful granddaughters that I love with all of my heart and soul! Let me tell you girls it is a whole new love and I can not wait for you all to experience being a grandparent! It is an absolute BLAST!!!!

I loved it so much that I became a coach so that I could help EVERYONE feel the way that I do because believe me it is possible for you too!

I SHOW UP EVERY DAY FOR MY CHILDREN AND MY GRANDCHILDREN!!
