Jerry is in search of a foster starting June 13th in the PNW! Please share!๐Ÿ•๐Ÿ™
This sweet boy has been in our program in Mexico for a few months now and is finally ready to travel to the PNW to find his perfect family.๐Ÿ˜ But we need your help finding him a foster home -- or even better a new family.
Facts about Jerry:
๐ŸพHe is a silly boy who will steal your heart.
๐ŸพHe is kennel trained.
๐ŸพHe can be a little shy and want to dart away from you the first week when you are introducing him to a new space.
๐ŸพHe has lived indoors with a foster family in Baja for a few months.
๐ŸพHe incredible with other dogs and we would love to see him fostered in a home with other confident pups.
๐ŸพHe is cat and kid friendly!
๐ŸพHe is about 7 months old and 35lbs, we expect him to get no larger than 45lbs.
Honestly--Jerry is a stand up pup and will thrive with almost any family. ๐Ÿ•
We really want a chance to bring him up from our shelter so he can have a better chance at meeting his forever family. ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿ’™

If you can commit to fostering for 1 month starting June 13th our paws would be forever grateful and you would be giving Jerry the opportunity of a lifetime. Our team supplies everything from a kennel, food, and toys to make his stay as easy as possible with you. We accept fosters from all over Oregon and Washington.๐Ÿพ

Happy Adoption Day for Snickers! ๐Ÿพ This sweet boy came to us in Oregon from Amarillo, Texas in May in search of his furever family ๐Ÿ’• And this week he has finally found them ๐Ÿ™ We are so excited for Snickers and his new family ๐Ÿ˜

This week our paws are being called to action near Todos Santos at Rancho Nuevo to help Javier and his pets. ๐ŸพJavier is the owner of 9 dogs and 1 cat, and they are in desperate need of some flea medication and food. ๐Ÿ™ Our paws would like to raise enough money to give all 10 of his pets Bravecto and 3 - 4 bags of large food. Bravecto is a flea and tick preventative that lasts up to 3 months! This would be most ideal to be given as soon as possible as tick season is ramping up currently๐Ÿ˜ญ In order to provide all 10 pets with Bravecto and food this would cost about 10,000 pesos -- 5,475 for the medication, and the rest would be used for dog food. ๐Ÿพ๐Ÿ• We know times are tough, but they are even tougher for those in rural areas, so we are asking for even just a dollar to help Javier and his pets. He really loves each of them and is caring and providing for them as much as he can -- and sometimes we all just need a little help. So please help us raise 10,000 pesos/ 580usd and give back to our neighbor. ๐Ÿ™

Meet Millie! ๐Ÿฉท

Millie was rescued in La Paz, Mexico in early 2025 after being found tied behind a fence with a serious leg wound. After receiving the care she needed, this sweet girl made a full recovery and is now thriving in foster care in California.

Millie is around 7 years old and 47 pounds, she is house and kennel trained, cat and dog friendly, and loves everyone she meets. This sweet girl is a lower/medium energy pup who enjoys toys, naps on the couch, and being close to her people. While she can be a little shy at first, she warms up quickly and becomes the goofiest, most loving companion.

Millie would do best in a home with another confident dog to help her continue building confidence. Sheโ€™s currently being fostered in Palm Springs, California and available for meet-and-greets throughout Southern California.

All of Saving Baja Paws dogs come with a fantastic flexible foster-to-adopt option. This is a unique opportunity that allows your family to make sure it a perfect match with your new pup.

Millie's adoption fee for Oregon, Washington, or California is $300USD. This helps us cover most of her vet and care costs incurred in Mexico, and the transport fee to bring our pups from Mexico.
