addition to the work I do, I'm always looking for ways to create more impact within BIPOC communities and increase collaborations that benefit us all. After a few years of working remotely I've decided to take the plunge and start my own consulting practice. It's been one of the best decisions I've ever made. Solitude and isolation can be powerful teachers but they can also drive a person mad. I've learned to repurpose my past experiences so that I may help others. Learning to solve complex problems and how the world of business works while also understanding myself better has helped me be more successful in my own professional pursuits. Although I finally got the courage to start a consulting practice I don't think of myself a consultant, because that is such a vague term. I want my clients to know exactly what they are getting when they hire my. My superpower is to connect, elevate and advocate for underestimated founders. I see opportunities in all situations, intuitively assess the whole picture (founder and company) & bring valuable insight/introductions into small - medium enterprise businesses. My intention is to be of service and assist people in making the most informed decisions possible with industry agnostic support. *Early stage to seed stage for those focused in the SaaS, CPG and cannabis industries.
