His research on the language of dolphins and whales – as well as psychedelics and sensory deprivation – inspired films like "Altered States" and "The Day of the Dolphin."

Narrator Chloë Sevigny guides us through the life of a determined scientist and his experiments into the psychonautical unknown.

Join us for A Juneteenth Evening Curated by Kalimah Abioto featuring film screenings, conversation, and more.

SEEDS is an intimate and visually poetic portrait of generations of Black farmers in the American South. The feature will be preceded by the 4 min film Superorganism Music Video ft. WRK! by Syon Davis.

Following the screening, there will be a discussion moderated by Kalimah Abioto featuring panelists Mirabai Collins, Director and Cofounder of Black Future Farms; and Anyeley Hallová, CEO & Founder of Adre Development Firm.

We’ll also have items for sale by vendors Primary Rituals, Landweaver, Black Future Farms, Sirius Star Farms, and tabling from The Kajani Collective.
