Intentionally reflecting upon this gift of a calendar year - one in which I grazed the edges of joy and despair countless times, while being reminded to take a step back and be in the space between. The hypothetical end is not really the end, but rather the beginning of a new chapter, or story, or work of art. Empty pages, blank canvas full of potential and parallel realities… (; reframing my Self to witness and accept what actually is happening now.

I absolutely love my life and everyone who plays a role in it. Whether for a short chapter or for a long stretch of the path home. This love and certainty of the beauty ever unfolding, is what carries me through the challenging chapters with a little more ease.

Also totally not an ad but these shoes have literally carried me through this year and I barely wear anything else 🤪 so just giving some appreciation.

20 days of “getting over myself” - resparking love for a refreshed daily spiritual practice upon waking, sometimes referred to as a sadhana.

(wanted to share yesterday and got distracted…so here we are)

A practice is a perfectly imperfect practice is a ritual is a method in getting out of our own way and allowing for clear connection to God.

This is my current way of doing so and holding myself accountable to share once completed, however long it takes.

And to continue taking good care of this one right here on the last slide. I look at her and remember why. (It’s me when I was 4)
