Feelings are like a compass. You'll always know which direction to go in if you listen to what's being felt. I used to hate the fact that I felt everything so deeply. I was told i was intense, too sensitive, dramatic, looking into it too deeply. Etc.
Maybe they weren't listening themselves. Maybe I was brave enough to feel the things they spent their whole lives running from. Maybe I wasn't different, maybe I was gifted. Maybe I was brave.
