All new furniture. Every window has light filtering and blackout blinds. Large smart TV's with cable, DVR, streaming apps and fast Wifi everywhere. Super fast WiFi everywhere with the latest wifi 6 spec. A wonderfully relaxing place, we have supplied everything for your stay. Open plan living area with comfortable seating to watch TV or read a book. Brand new stainless steel appliances in the kitchens. For cooking you have Tri-Ply Stainless steel cooking pans, glasses, plates, chef knives and cutting boards. We provide 2 sets of towels and 2 sets of high thread count cotton sheets for each bedroom as well as beach towels. Each bathroom has a hair dryer. There is an iron and ironing board as well as a vacuum cleaner, dust pan and brush. There is a laundry room on site for the whole condo with 2 washers and two dryers. There is no room service or daily cleaning, but we offer a cleaning service on request for an extra charge. The back deck has a 60 foot dock a paved patio with pool and jacuzzi (heated). Comfortable outdoor tables and chairs are provided as well as sun loungers. There are two gas BBQ's for outdoor grilling. We allow children but please note that the condo is not baby or child proof, there are no child locks, the pool is not fenced in and the dock has open access to the waterway.
