☀️ Kicking Off Summer with Support, Growth, and Connection! ☀️
As summer begins, many teens experience a change in routine, increased downtime, and new challenges that can impact their mental health. While summer can be a season of fun and freedom, it can also bring feelings of isolation, anxiety, depression, or difficulty managing emotions.
At Hendricks Behavioral Hospital, our Adolescent Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) provides a supportive and structured environment where teens can build healthy coping skills, strengthen resilience, and connect with peers who understand their experiences.
Our Adolescent IOP offers:
✅ Group therapy and peer support
✅ Individualized treatment planning
✅ Family involvement and education
✅ Evidence-based coping and emotional regulation skills
✅ Flexible scheduling designed to support summer activities and school transitions
If you know a teen who may benefit from additional support this summer, we’re here to help.
