almond torte cake is one of my FAVORITE cakes to enjoy. i was finally able to make not one, but two these past two weeks! my first one had a few kinks that needed to be worked out (last 3 pictures) but my second one (first 3 pictures) turned out perfect! the cake is a delicious almond cake with an almond simple syrup to keep it nice and moist. it’s filled with a glorious almond pastry cream and topped with an almond butter cream and some tasty caramelized toasted almonds!! so glad i had the opportunity to make this type of cake🤩🍰

dreaming of warmth on this cold winter day? these cupcakes will give you a little taste of springtime! these seedling cupcakes were a blast to make for an earth day themed fundraiser! a simple vanilla cupcake, which was colored blue and green to resemble the earth, with a delicious chocolate buttercream, crushed oreo “dirt”, and a little seedling on top made of fondant. stay warm today all!! until spring arrives, we’ll just have to imagine it’s here with the help of these cupcakes😉🌱

thanksgiving is coming up!!! pumpkin pie cupcakes take the guilt out of wanting to eat an entire pumpkin pie without sharing😉 these are made with a graham cracker crust and a pumpkin pie/cupcake batter baked to the perfection, thanks to the mixture of both pie and cake textures! they’re topped with whipped cream, a sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice, and a stick of cinnamon for decoration 🥧🧁😊

s’mores cupcakes!! a chocolate cupcake with a graham cracker crust and a layer of melted chocolate topped with a toasted marshmallow icing and a piece of chocolate🍫😋
