I have had a lot of issues posting on this page. I normally do it from my phone and when I do, it will only let me post from this account on my personal page so you haven't seen any of the posts here for the last couple of weeks. At this point, I am moving completely to Instagram - . I appreciate the support and hope to see you over there!

Inspired by a conversation with a friend this morning. Getting attached to the expectations of the "reward" for being brave is a setup for suffering. It can be so much more than you imagine if you just let it. 🧡

It's easy to forget that's suffering only occurs when you resist what you're feeling, even if it is the inclination to Tumble down the rabbit hole. The irony is, that's what brings the most relief. 🧡

I was having a morning where the demons were romping. Then I realized I've had back-to-back ballbusting days and that can leave me vulnerable. So thanks to a conversation with a friend, today is about rest, recovery and recuperation. Despite everything on my list of things to do. 🖤💛🖤
