Ditch Plains with Old Montauk. to last summer when one of my best friends showed me the way. I was so far removed from reality, coming hot off the biggest media deal of the year VICE and a heartbreak that nearly ruined me. It was at that point that i found a community of people that embraced life in a way that many dream about. That was when it happened, i didnt fall in love with just the summer. I fell in love with Montauk.... Next week, the town will be less crowded. The wannabes wont be anywhere in sight. 2018 was one of the best summer yet, but im telling you all - the fall out here will be just as beautiful and memorable. Sheehan Artwork

good energy. The vibes that you project out to the world always come back to you in one form or another, sometimes immediately and sometimes over the course of time. Embrace the beauty and powers of nature, and embrace the love from the world that YOU create around YOU. This week i learned never to seek revenge, never to rejoice in the pain, suffering or weakness of another being, for what goes around eventually comes around. When you constantly spread love, you’ll always have love. But when your mission is selfish and destructive to those in your circles... often fueled by greed and envy... it will eventually catch up with you. my only hope is that you move forward more selflessly with less spite, and a greater ability to leave the world in a better state then the way you entered it. Its never too late to embrace a positive mental attitude, and to change YOUR IMPACT. 📸
