Congratulations to the Sister Singers Network, especially hosting chorus Artemis Singers on a successful opening for Power in Harmony, the 14th Sister Singers Network Choral Festival! The power of treble voices is so evident in your performances and your sense of community is unparalleled. We're so glad for the opportunity to set up an LGBTQIA+ meetup for your delegates after the first evening's concert blocks—thank you to Whiskey Girl Tavern for generously providing the space and to everyone who came out! We're so grateful for your welcome of GALA Choruses' Reese Schmid to your festival & look forward to continuing to foster the collaborative relationship between our organizations.

We are so excited to bring four new members into the GALA Choruses community! We at GALA Choruses are saddened by the hateful vandalism and physical attack dampening the joyful celebration at the Various Voices Choir Festival in Brussels. We stand stronger than ever in solidarity with LEGATO Choirs and all festival delegates in our shared mission of providing spaces for LGBTQIA+ people to gather together in community and raise our voices against fear and hate.
