Dear friends,
We've been asking ourselves how we can be of service during these times. Might we help you get better at facilitating online meetings?
Many of us are running online meetings for the first time, and feeling the need for new tricks and skills--realizing we'd like to gain some skill in how to engender participation and run an online meeting well.
And that’s the help we’d like to provide.
Training: we can run a 90-minute Zoom-based training on best practices for human-centered meetings.
Consulting: We’ll sit (virtually) beside you as you plan a meeting, sharing resources and good practices with you.
Facilitation: Maybe it would help to have us facilitate so you can focus on participating.
Specific topics might include helping your group come up with good habits for working remotely, finding workable online substitutes for gathering around a whiteboard;
or—why not—hosting a virtual happy hour! You tell us -- what challenges are you facing?
