Since the inaugural trip to Antigua, Guatemala in 2009, Operation Walk Pittsburgh has assembled a volunteer team of surgeons, nurses, support staff and advocates to transform the lives of those in need in countries throughout Central America. These trips offer more than just life-changing surgeries, they are opportunities for cultural exchange and international medical cooperation.. Our Mission: Operation Walk Pittsburgh aims to provide life changing education, service and surgery completely free of cost, to patients in need in Pittsburgh and around the world.
