Time flies in ways you don't even realize right away.

I watched my nieces and nephews hunt for Easter eggs last weekend. At the same time I felt joy watching them, I found myself missing my older nephews we didn't see this year.

I can still picture them doing the same thing. Now...they’re grown.

It's one of the moments that makes you pause.

Time is precious and the older I get, I realize this more and more.

It's so easy to move through it without even noticing how you're spending it.

Once you move through it, you don’t get it back.

It's often the small things that take more of it than we realize.

Whether personally or professionally, keep an eye out for how you're spending your time. Get curious and protect it🧡

I was thinking about this lately and wanted to share...

💭 "Most marketing stress comes from trying to do everything at once."

I say "most" because I'm observing clients struggling with this and it seems to be weighing them down. They're trying to check all the boxes at one time.

There are multiple platforms, multiple offers, multiple ideas.

I also say "most" because I felt this stress first hand, whether at our chiropractic office or when I was promoting my online wellness coaching. I was running myself ragged.

It became exhausting. I got bored doing it. And then I got frustrated when I didn't think it was helping.

I took a step back, reevaluated my strategy, and reprioritized my marketing goals. The stress lifted.

When you're trying to promote everything and be visible everywhere online, marketing becomes heavy.

If you’re doing it and it's working, I love that for you.

But, if your marketing is bringing you stress, it could just be some organization of what's already in place to allow you to breathe again and ENJOY marketing your business, NOT RESENT marketing your business🧡

Just like when you're building a house, if the foundation isn't sturdy, things are going to feel and look a bit wonky 🏚

Once things start to become clear, marketing becomes much easier to share.
