Lisa Borrelli Dorn graduated Cum-Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Bio-Physics from the University of Scranton before doing graduate fellowships at the University of Scranton and Duquesne University in Biochemistry and Physical Chemistry. She then earned her Law Degree from the Du

Lisa currently serves as the Assistant District Attorney in the office of Allegheny County, where she is responsible for the DUI Diversionary/Treatment Court, prosecuting animal cruelty cases, license plate recognition camera project, and vehicular crimes. Prior to becoming the Assistant District Attorney, Lisa enjoyed substantial pro-bono service with the Wills for Heroes Project, Protection from Abuse Project, Election law, Mt. Lebanon Democratic Committee, PA Veterinary Medical Association, and Western PA Medical Veterinary Association. Community Outreach
Lisa is very involved in the Mt. Lebanon and Dormont community, and serves as the creator and co-chair of Mt. Lebanon Resident’s Academy, is a graduate of Mt. Lebanon Citizen’s Police Academy and Citizen’s Fire Academy, and a 23 year officer and volunteer of the Mt. She is also a member of the Allegheny County Bar Association Public Service Committee, PA Bar Association Task Force on Legal Services for Middle Incomes, PA Bar Institute Speaker Criminal Law Symposium, and Lake Erie College Lacrosse Parent Association Events Co-Chair. Lisa has served on the Allegheny County Bar Association Board of Governors, Allegheny County Bar Association Young Lawyers Division Chair, Mt. Lebanon High School PTA Membership Chair from 2007-2011 and Corresponding Secretary from 2009-2011. She has also served as Troop Secretary and Scout Committee Member for Boy Scout Troop 28, Laurel Highlands Council Boy Scouts Popcorn Sales Kernel, Assistant District Governor for Rotary District 7300 and 7305, and Dormont-Mt. Lebanon-Castle Shannon Rotary President, Vice President, and Board Member. Lastly, she has served as the Mt. Lebanon Relay for Life Ceremonies Chair from 2017-2019 and Entertainment/Activities Chair from 2011-2017, and Community Relations Officer and Board Member of the Mt. Lebanon Soccer Association.
