**PROJECT UPDATE***
The garage loft apartment project is moving right along! No Drywall here!! Flooring is in, cabinets are in, light fixtures are in, trim is going up. Getting close to the finish line!

The Chatham Towers condo drawings are complete! Construction begins soon! I loved working on this project. Most of my clients lean more towards the traditional side when it comes projects like this. However, this customer wanted a more contemporary style. It was really fun to experiment and work within a different style.
